Caparol is an international paint and facade expert. They are leaders in an industry with many technologically advanced products that are constantly being updated.
Their paints and façade solutions are sold to different types of customers with very different needs. From private individuals who want to repaint their homes to durable industrial solutions.
They sell through their own stores, they have sales representatives who work with painting and construction companies and lastly they also sell through dealers.
The challenge here is to get the salespeople at these retailers to know the products so well that they recommend them over competitors.
Previously, they were working with a different system, a system they thought worked quite well until Covid-19 came along and really put it to the test. It left more to be desired.
