User management that meets the needs of chains

If we had to pick one point where we stand out the most from other systems, it would be in how easy and smooth our user management is. From loading users to controlling who gets what content and how they are monitored.

Our user management is built for the real world. Here, the same people are sometimes in several different roles and there is no guarantee that central up-to-date records of everyone's email addresses are available.

With Evercate, you just make it work anyway.

Two people sit next to each other, cropped so you can see their knees and hands. One points to a line on the other's CV.

Load users in several ways

The basis of a smooth user management must be that it is easy to load and keep track of your users. This is particularly important in an industry with high staff turnover and lots of extra staff.

Describe your users with tags

All organisations are unique in some way. What is called a role in one is called a job description in another. In Evercate, you work with the organisational structure just as it is in your organisation, with your words for things.

When you set up your organisation, you create tags and tag types. You then use these to describe your users.

Control content with tags

Once you've tagged your people, you can then, with one click, direct a specific piece of content to, for example, everyone tagged for a particular role, or in a particular region.

Control follow-up with tags

You can also use the tags to filter when you want to follow up on implementation. Both in reports and in Teams, where you can involve your store managers, for example, in monitoring the performance of the sales staff in their stores.

It may sound abstract, but the bottom line is that with tags you can automate Evercate on a pervasive level down to detailed management.
