Manage content in Evercate
Always with complete follow-up.

You have more important things to spend your time on than learning to build and design courses
With Evercate, you don't need to learn how to build or design your courses. Instead, you simply upload the content you want to distribute and choose who should receive it — we take care of the rest and make sure it looks great and works well on all devices.
You already know how to make a PowerPoint or record a video with your phone. It doesn't need to be more advanced than that. Content is automatically packaged into a clear and easy-to-navigate design that makes it simple for your employees to absorb.
What you can upload:
- Video
- PowerPoints
- Images
- PDFs
- Excel files
- Word files
- Zip files
- Text
Whether you want to put together your content into a large course with many sections and tests, or just get a PowerPoint out ahead of next month's campaign — that's up to you.

Full-scale courses and programs
For onboarding new employees, advanced courses for store managers, franchisees and more, full-scale courses and course programs are the perfect fit.
Set up your structure with lessons and tests, and upload content that you create using the tools you're comfortable with (PowerPoint, etc.). A course can consist of as many lessons and knowledge tests as you wish.
You can then combine courses into course programs to give them a natural progression where one course leads to the next. Perfect when certain prerequisite knowledge is needed to absorb the content.

Quick information and micro courses
When you need to reach out with faster or more focused information, you simply reduce the amount of content you upload. This creates what are called micro courses.
Micro courses can be anything from a three-minute video showing how a new product works, to a PDF or PowerPoint with five slides covering the next campaign.

Follow up on understanding with questions
Seeing that an employee has viewed content is one thing. Seeing that they understood it is another.
Questions to both verify and build understanding
There are two types of questions in Evercate. Pop-up questions that appear in the middle of content, and questions that are part of a knowledge test.
Pop-up questions are used to build understanding and reinforce learning, while knowledge tests are used to verify that they have understood.
The handling of questions is otherwise the same — create as many questions as you want, create answer options or ask them to respond by clicking on the correct answer in an image.
All questions and tests are auto-graded to fully automate the process.
Our goal is to help you get better!
We believe the key to better results lies in lowering barriers.
That's why our focus is on simplicity.
