Smooth and flexible user management

User management built for the needs of retail chains
If we were to pick one area where we stand out the most from other systems, it's how easy and smooth our user management is. Everything from importing users to controlling who should receive what content and how they should be followed up.
Our user management is built for reality. Here, the same people sometimes hold multiple roles, and you can't always count on having a centrally updated register of everyone's email addresses.
With Evercate, it just works despite all of that.

Import users in multiple ways
The foundation of smooth user management has to be that it's easy to import and maintain your users. This is especially important in an industry with high staff turnover and many part-time employees.
Choose what works best for you
- Import lists from other systems
- Use our ready-made AD integration
- Use our Quinyx integration
- Create a fully custom integration with another system
- Let store managers handle their own staff

Describe your users with tags
Every organization is unique in some way. What one company calls a role, another calls a job description. In Evercate, you work with your organizational structure exactly as it looks, using your own terminology.
When you set up your organization, you create tags and tag types. You then use these to describe your users.
Control content with tags
Once you've tagged your people, you can with a single click direct specific content to, for example, everyone with a certain role tag, or in a certain region.
Control follow-up with tags
You also use tags to filter when you want to follow up on completion. Both in reports and in Teams, where you can involve, for example, your store managers in following up on how the salespeople in their store are doing.
It may sound abstract, but the summary is that with tags you can automate Evercate from a high level all the way down to detailed control.
Our goal is to help you get better!
